Discord Community Manager

ContractRemote

We're looking for someone to take ownership of our Discord community and be the go-to person for tournament and community support.

Compensation: Contract-based, discussed based on experience.

What you’ll do

  • ▸Set up and manage our Discord server
  • ▸Structure channels, roles, bots, and moderation
  • ▸Handle tournament support and queries
  • ▸Respond to community questions
  • ▸Moderate, troubleshoot, and escalate

What we’re looking for

  • ▸Fluent English and strong communication
  • ▸Community management experience is a plus
  • ▸Gaming or esports experience is a plus
  • ▸Proactive and reliable

Operations Associate

ContractRemote

We're looking for a highly hands-on person to work closely with the team across day-to-day operations, projects, tournaments, and everything in between.

Compensation: Contract-based, discussed based on experience.

What you’ll do

  • ▸Work hands-on across projects and operations
  • ▸Execute campaigns, tournaments, and initiatives
  • ▸Coordinate with people, teams, and partners
  • ▸Take ownership from start to finish
  • ▸Handle day-to-day operations
  • ▸Support the Discord team as second line
  • ▸Jump into whatever needs getting done

What we’re looking for

  • ▸Fluent English
  • ▸Highly proactive and hands-on
  • ▸Strong communication and coordination
  • ▸Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • ▸Relevant experience is a plus
  • ▸Gaming, esports, or community experience is a plus
  • ▸Someone who takes ownership
